    Stephanie has a wonderful personality and a great demeanor. Any problems that arose, especially if there were angst on my part, she made it seem as though it were just another issue that had to be dealt with. No problem! She is very good at helping you understand, for example, closing costs and things that are prorated. If one angle doesn't come through clearly, there are more angles until you understand the problem comfortaby. All interactions are pleasant and she has a great sense of humor.
