You will be sent a new card in the mail but will keep your current credit card number. Your current card will work until you activate your new card. You have 30 days from receiving your offer email to opt out of the upgrade. If you want to opt out, please do so by June 12th. The upgrade will come into effect on June 13th. If you wish to opt out, you can either call (800) 445-9272 or email 01_BankCardCustSupport@centralbank.net. If emailing please include “opt out request” as the subject, your last name as it appears on your card, and the last four digits of your card number.
