Terms & Conditions for SurePayroll 1 Month Free Promotion
Promotion Eligibility: In order to be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must have a business checking account with our bank, enroll in the ePayroll service between December 1, 2023, and January 31, 2024, and process payroll by February 29, 2024. Fees are billed in advance and begin at the time the payroll account is made available for processing.
Reward Processing: The term “waived” means the monthly maintenance fee of $49.99, which includes 10 (ten) employees, will not be billed for the first month, commencing on the date the account is made available, whether or not a payroll is processed. Additional employees over 10 (ten) will be charged $1.50 per employee per month and are not included in the promotion. The service will continue until such time the account is terminated by the Company by notifying ePayroll by contacting customer care at (866) 532-5979, via chat or the contact us link within the product. After meeting all qualification requirements, the monthly maintenance fees for ePayroll will commence 1 (one) month after the initial month is waived.
Additional charges for exceptions fees may apply and are not included in the promotion. Promotion is not transferrable and cannot be combined with any other offer and is applicable to new enrolling customers only. A subscription fee schedule is available by logging into the payroll account and selecting the Subscription in the Company menu for exception fees.
